Frequently Asked Questions (Tracking)

Q: My tracking number says "Not Found." Is something wrong? A: Don't worry, this is normal! Tracking numbers are generated immediately when your label is printed, but it may take 1-3 business days for the carrier to scan the package and for the first update to appear in the system. Please try again in 24 hours.

Q: The tracking status hasn't updated in a few days. A: International shipping involves several stages. Often, there is a pause in updates while your package is:

  • In transit on an international flight.

  • Being processed by customs in your country.

  • Being handed over to the local delivery partner. Rest assured, your package is still moving.

Q: The tracking says "Delivered" but I don't have it. A: Please check your mailbox, front porch, or ask family members and neighbors. Sometimes carriers mark packages as "Delivered" a few hours before they actually arrive. If you still cannot locate it after 24 hours, please contact us at [Support@7-treasures.com].


💡 Tips for the Website Owner :

  1. Why mention 17TRACK? YunExpress tracking numbers (YT...) are not immediately recognized by USPS or Royal Mail websites until the package physically enters that country. 17TRACK is the best platform because it shows the entire journey (YunExpress leg + Local Carrier leg) in one place.

  2. App Recommendation (If using Shopify): If your site is built on Shopify, I highly recommend installing an app like Parcel Panel or 17TRACK.

    • Why? These apps automatically recognize YunExpress numbers. They create a branded tracking page inside your website (e.g., 7-treasures.com/apps/track) so customers don't have to leave your site to track their goods. This looks much more professional.

  3. "Premium International Partner": In the FAQ, I referred to YunExpress as a "Premium international shipping partner." This sounds professional and reliable, avoiding the potential bias some customers might have if you explicitly say "Chinese Logistics."
