2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

3. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Perishable goods (such as food or flowers).

  • Personal care items and sanitary goods.

4. Refund Process

  • Step 2: Once approved, we will send you the return shipping address and instructions.

  • Step 3: After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • Step 4: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow [5-10] business days for your bank to process the refund.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Items: We will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., wrong size ordered, changed mind), you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
