Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery Information Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [10-20] business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues.

 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

7-Treasures is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 Lost or Damaged Packages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
